MVP and Honorable Mentions – November 2019

It was a close vote this month. We are so proud of our team that has really been putting in the extra effort as we have more and more of our customers returning for the tropical winter and spring weather. We’ve had to ramp up our hiring activity and we are still looking for some talented and skilled additions to our team. In the interim though, these two guys have really stepped up their game.

Chris P. is a relatively recent addition to our team. He brings with him a wealth of experience in exterior home services having owned and operated his own businesses and he also sports a stellar sales and customer service record. It’s not very often that one of our design and sales people have a chance to be recognized as our monthly MVP . They often work alone and while they are without question the driving force behind the projects we have an opportunity to work on, a small percentage of the company actually gets to see what they do on a regular basis. Part of the reason Chris was able to take hold of the MVP this month is because he isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Many times, not only does he design the lighting plan, engage with the customer to get the project up and running, but he also shows up big time on game day and gets in there with the installation team digging trenches and making sure everything happens as it ought to. A huge thank you to Chris for all of his hard work!

Of course, Rafa needs no introduction. He consistently shows up and delivers superior results, clean installations and we end up with super happy and satisfied clients. Thank you Rafa… for all that you do!
